We invite you to our 25th annual Washington DC Gathering and Dialogues where we meet as a community in both large and small groups to inquire into the major themes of Krishnamurti’s teachings and their relevance to our daily lives.
The topic this year is Love.
“What brings understanding is love. When your heart is full, then you will listen to the teacher, to the beggar, to the laughter of children, to the rainbow, and to the sorrow of man.” -Krishnamurti
The weekend begins Friday evening with a buffet and an orientation which includes discussion of the dialogue process. In addition to daily dialogues and video showings of Krishnamurti’s talks, there is opportunity for solitude, to meet informally, and to enjoy the lovely rural setting.
The Claggett Center is a 277 acre retreat center in Frederick County, Maryland, an hour’s drive from the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas.
