DONATING TO THE KRISHNAMURTI FOUNDATION
AND OAK GROVE SCHOOL

Donating a little but often

In order to grow the community of people who have access to Krishnamurti’s teachings and keep Oak Grove School strong and available to a diverse student population, please consider signing up for a recurring donation of at least $10 a month.

Some of us may be able to give more than $10 a month. If you fall into the latter category we ask that you consider giving more to close the funding gap. We thank you for your generosity!

The Gap
This year our budget is $4.4 million, including Oak Grove School.  To balance our budget we need to raise an additional $800,000.

Your gift will help us fulfill our mission – to provide to the world educational programs and resources that explore the deeper meaning of learning, understanding, intelligence, and freedom in human consciousness.

Oak Grove School, our programs, and our publishing activities are based on the foundation of Krishnamurti’s lifetime body of work.

When you give a recurring or one-time donation to the KFA’s core programs every dollar goes towards helping support a host of initiatives, core services, program planning, curriculum development, and more.

Your donation may go towards:

  • Support for Oak Grove School, so it can close its 18% funding gap and ensure a diverse student body from every economic strata and part of the world.
  • Support for small groups of new and experienced teachers exploring a revolution in education, inspired by Krishnamurti’s seminal work. 
  • Retreat style residential programs for young college students at a cross roads in the direction of their lives.
  • Contemplative programs for adults wishing to explore the deeper meaning of their life’s trajectory.
  • Preservation of the archival holdings, and digitization of Krishnamurti’s work so it can be made available to others.
  • Construction of a new internet portal that will provide huge amounts of Krishnamurti’s work free to all – text, video and audio.

The formation of a Krishnamurti Study Center in Ojai, utilizing the buildings Krishnamurti lived in, and expanding the capacity for residential and day programs.

Planned Giving
Making a bequest to the KFA or Oak Grove School provides an important legacy for the future, ensuring access to Krishnamurti’s work for generations to come; and ensuring that there will always be a different kind of young person graduating from Oak Grove School out into the world.
