| Pepper Tree Retreat and Pine Cottage
Elizabeth Arnold manages the Pepper Tree Retreat, housed in the former residence of Krishnamurti when he was in Ojai. Elizabeth is the person to reach if you have questions about the facilities, or to book a room. Click here to find out more about the retreat. |

| Krishnamurti Library
Michael Krohnen coordinates the Krishnamurti Library, which was moved in early 2009 to Pine Cottage, the former home of Krishnamurti. To review the hours for access to the library, click here. |

| Oak Grove School
This is the KFA's largest "project" and represents more than half its annual budget. The school was founded in 1975 by Krishnamurti himself, who regarded education as one of the most critical areas for transformation in the world. Currently the school is administered by Head of School Meredy Benson Rice, who works closely with both the board of trustees of the KFA, and a school board which includes parents and local residents. | K Publications
Derek Dodds is the director of K Publications in the U.S., and also heads up the IT team that keeps the KFA "wired" to the rest of the world through the internet. He is a pivotal member of the team developing the expanded website jkrishnamurti.com, which will be a conduit for free access to Krishnamurti's work; and he is the manager of the KFA's IT operations for the Complete Teachings Digital Archive project. | Public Relations and Development
Mark Lee has been involved with the KFA since it was founded. He has had several roles during this time, including Director of Oak Grove School School and Executive Director of the KFA. His current role includes acting as spokesperson and board representative in the public and media arenas, assisting with special fundraising projects, strengthening the programs of the KFA, authoring special writing assignments, and completing The Book of Oneself, a sequel to The Book of Life, of which he was the editor. | Krishnamurti Study Programs
Richard Waxberg is the director and co-facilitator of several study-intensives that examine the seen and unseen operations of the human mind. These are fully-immersive programs that challenge participants to inquire into a totally new way of living, and to consider a different dimension of existence beyond the thought-based patterns of the mind. Students enter into two deep interactive dialogues together each day that help them to develop a ground for self-knowledge and self-discovery. Students also watch video tapes of Krishnamurti and read from selections of his writings. Richard is currently facilitating both the Winter Study-Intensive & Retreat Program and Summer Study-Intensive & Retreat Program. |

| Teaching Academy
Krishnamurti devoted years and many talks to explore the ways education both conditions the individual, and its potential to nourish the whole human being beyond the limits of codified knowledge. The Teaching Academy was started as a way to share Krishnamurti's work on education AND to share the practical implementation of a "revolutionary" education. Gopal Krishnamurthy is the coordinator of the Teaching Academy, a two-week residential intensive for educators. Participants come from all over the world. For more information you can click here. |

| Fund Development
This department has a key role in both generating support for the KFA and its programs, and in relationship building for the KFA. They create the Foundation Focus newsletter (twice yearly), the monthly e-Newsletter, and the various appeals and special reports. As well, the Fund Development department manages a series of public presentations designed to introduce new people to Krishnamurti and the work of the KFA, and provides mentorship for start up or continuing operations of independent dialogue and study groups. This work is managed by Troy Sumrall. |

| Daily Operations
In addition to his work with fund development, Troy Sumrall has also assumed the main administrative responsibilities of the KFA, with the title Interim Chief Operations Officer. Troy brings many years of managerial experience to the position, primarily in the fields of investment services, where his knowledge and skill will be a significant asset. |
